LunaJets reviews from private jet charter customers

Good day Mr. Segard, Thank you for your follow up email and for taking great care of us. We felt truly appreciated as a client and the service was back to what we are used to have. The amount of dedication Guillaume and your team provided to us was priceless. We are very grateful. We know even in the best companies bumps can occur, the difference will always be when we can see the support from the team to navigate the issue together. We left the bad experience behind us. We had an amazing time in Europe. We will contact your company shortly again, we are just waiting to see where the pandemic will go on the next few days. Kind regards,

Flawless….

Hi Tomas, Thank you so much for being so helpful and efficient - the family were very happy with the whole experience from the ground transportation to the flights themselves. We will certainly be back in touch when the family have a need for a similar service in the future.

Wonderful service. David is very attentive and helpful. I will certainly be using LunaJets more in 2022 !

Your colleague Petr is very thorough and an asset to your business.

Everything was perfectly orchestrated.. Bravo!

Have already emailed my thanks to Thomas. Special thanks to the Stewardess for her kindness towards my Dachshund.

After two great flights together, I can say that Vladislav is one of the best people I have ever worked with. 100% professional, focused and with great charisma. I really hope we can fly together again.

Dear Eymeric, I am a client who has used your service a couple of times and plan to use it many more. I’d like to compliment Derrick Wang as being an exceedingly professional, very service oriented, very customer-based young man, he has been a pleasure interfacing with, and while I know that you take good care of him, I wanted to put in an extra good word of commendation. I feel that he represents your company exceedingly well, he has been very eager to make sure the experience is top notch and an overall pleasure to work with as well as a big part of why I will continue to use your service. I run my own business and understand the importance of exceptional service and I thought you would like to know these things. A very satisfied client, With many thanks and best wishes,

Good morning Mr Segard, Thanks for asking, the Cannes- Zurich flight was very good, on time and good pilot.

Lovely safe journey, everything ran like clockwork.

Thank you to Eriks for assisting us.

It was a 10/10 experience

Amazing private jet flight deal for an immaculate Challenger 604 on my way in. CJ1 on the way back. Recommend David Behar - 5 stars - for his work and follow up. Thank you and will use Lunajets again.

David Behar did flawless work; he made himself very available for organising this trip right up to boarding.

Really great, this aircraft. It is going to be hard to travel on other aircraft. And the service on board is great. Regards

Luna Jet is the best. Always been my first choice for flying on a private. Excellent coordination and always punctual. I highly recommend Luna Jet to my friends too. Always exceeds industry standards which give me peace of mind during my travels. Tomas really goes that extra mile and accounts for the finest of details. Super helpful and has a professional and friendly attitude. Thank you and keep up the great work!

Hello My contact with Ms Candia went perfectly: first contact, explanations, booking, follow-up, services, listening and budget. Clear and smooth communication, unfailing availability and great responsiveness! Thank you to the whole team, our VIP client was delighted. We will call on your team again without hesitation! Best regards

Hello The flight went very well, as always I must say. Christelle, whom I discovered while organising my last trip to Madrid, proved to be responsive, creative, extremely efficient and very courteous.

I made a booking with Christelle Candia and from start to finish it was flawless, everything went well. A thousand thanks to Christelle for her professionalism and availability. Best regards

Very smooth transaction. My charter company in the US could learn a lot from you guys. Great Plane - Exactly what I asked for and at a very fair price. Excellent and very professional crew.

Impeccable

Everything excellent!

We thank you for the excellent service. Everything has always worked smoothly, we are very satisfied and can recommend you at any time. Thank you very much

We flew a turboprop from London to Guernsey. It was organized by Derrick on very short notice (1 day) by his working overtime late into the night. We had many questions about turbo props having never flown a prop before, but he patiently and knowledgeably answered all our questions. The trip itself was extremely well organized and as smooth as we could have expected Definitely recommend!!

Highly recommend Derrick at LunaJets. Professional, responsive and solutions oriented to charter requests! Will use them exclusively for charter requests from now on! Head and shoulders above other charter brokers in Europe in the service that they provide at very competitive pricing!

Everything went very well! Top

Perfect

Very good reservation services, Christelle always easy to find and answer immediately

Dear Mr Segard The flight was perfect! Thank you. I just asked marion for a new trip this sunday. So far one option, but maybe you have some more? Hope to hear from you soon. Yours

Great aircraft, great crew, extremely punctual. Thank you, until next time.

Dear Tomas, thank you for your organizing of the flight yesterday. It all went very smoothly and the service was exceptional, especially in Faro airport.

Dear Mr Segard, Thank you for inquiring. Everything went well and efficiently. The Captain, whom we know well by now, is exceptionally cooperative, friendly and efficient. Our Broker Antanas handles our bookings fast and always on time, which we appreciate very much. Five stars for Lunajets. With best regards,

My whole experience of enquiring, reserving, changing dates and finally flying (BRS-BCN 28.09.21) has been excellent. You are running a very fine company and I shall always be happy to recommend it. Sincerely,.

Nice vibe Christelle. Thank you a lot for the amazing experience and the excellent service from the crew!

Smooth booking process. Mr Hauser organised the trip professionally and was extremely cooperative, even with change requests. For our next flight booking, we will definitely include LunaJets when requesting quotes.

Perfect and very personal service from Remi

The flight was seamless from start to finish. The crew were excellent and made the journey memorable and could not have been more attentive and professional. Departure from Helsinki was easy and everyone very attentive and courteous. Arrival in Edinburgh was very smooth and all clearances, including our dog, were all done at the aircraft steps. Overall we were impressed and will certainly recommend Lunajet to our friends.

Thank you very much for a great experience from start to finish.

Petr rescued us from a Nassau-London charter cancelled by another broker a couple of weeks ago so we used him this time. Great service again, and two great flights.

The rep from LunaJets, Colin Voide, was super helpful, although my friend decided to go with their original provider. Thanks for the referral; we came close to using LunaJets.

Christelle found us a flight quickly at a very good price. We will use your services again without hesitation. Thanks a lot

Service in line with my expectations on the aircraft, the flight and on the ground

Boris Jandric was a pleasure to deal with. Attentive when he needed to be. Assuring when he needed to be. And, extremely patient when he needed to be. He managed and arranged for our collateral needs in an efficient and organized manner.

I would really like to extend my thanks to Tomas Nicolau. I arranged to take this flight as I was extremely unwell (with a pre-existing medical condition) on the day that I was due to travel back to the UK from Nice and couldn't take the seat on the BA flight that I had booked. I was pretty desperate just to get home. Tomas arranged for the flight with ease, kept me informed throughout the booking process and as a result, I got home the following day.

Hello, the flight went very well. Thank you to the crew, who were very professional and very friendly. Happy to fly with you again in the future. Best regards

Good flight and professional crew. Also improvement in regards to catering. Regards

Christelle provided excellent service, was super efficient with logistics and went beyond her remit to make these experiences seamless. She is a wonderful advert for your company and should be duly rewarded. I shall recommend Luna Jets to friends and colleagues in the future. Thank you.

Tomas and Gonzalo are fantastic and a joy to work with.

Hi Tomas I want to thank and commend you on providing us with a fantastic service today. The crew were amazing giving perfect service which was very professional making us feel safe and well looked after but not intrusive. I’m a very happy customer. Thanks again and I’ll be in touch again once I’ve saved up a few cents to enjoy the convenience of your service. Thanks again. Rgds

Excellent customer service from Mr Colin Voide. I will use LunaJets more often in the future. Many thanks for the great and smooth trip!

Dear Mr. Guillaume, the flight to Verona was really perfect. All my guests have been completely happy, clean aeroplane, excellent pilots, very good snacks. If I shall book my next flight, I shall try to get the same company. Thank you very much. Kind regards
