  • I've never flown with this operator before – happy to provide some feedback: -Very pleasant crew indeed and helpful. Met me at the security gate and we went straight to the aircraft due to weather and slots, as time was running out. Proactive 10/10. - The interior is tired, but all OK. Catering was fine. Cleanliness 9/10. - Crew: Perfect English, spot on and helpful. 10/10. The old Mitsubishi Diamond has become a good aircraft. Would I use them again? Yes. Would I recommend them? Yes. Many thanks again for sorting this out on short notice.
