This is just a brief message to express our profound gratitude for the job well done vis-à-vis the recent Embraer Lineage 1000 flight from LBG Paris to Dammam, Saudi Arabia on 7th September. It was well-organized, every detail was on point and no stone was left unturned as we carefully planned. The success was due to you, who spearheaded your team, and our good 2-way communication worked well, which added to its positive outcome. Let me take this opportunity to thank Benjamin as well, who one way or another patiently assisted the family from the moment they stepped at the LBG Airport until they departed. He deserves a salute as well. Likewise, the entire flight was safely executed with superb in-flight services as commented by the family. This includes the ground services of Astonsky LBG and Saudia Private Aviation Dammam, who worked hand-on-hand to achieve a flawless and hassle-free service. Generally, Luna Jets is indeed reliable/dependable and I will always count on you when it comes to chartered flight requirements. Erwann, kudos! Luna Jets nailed it again.
