The amount is agreed with your Private Aviation Advisor based on your anticipated travel needs and frequency. Your advisor will recommend an appropriate amount to ensure you can enjoy the benefits of the Frequent Charter Program across your upcoming journeys.
How quickly are bookings confirmed?
With your client information already on file and an advance payment in place, fewer steps are required to confirm each new booking. Once you have selected your preferred flight option, only an electronic signature is required to complete the booking process, with no new bank transfer to arrange.
Can a company use the Frequent Charter Program for multiple travellers?
Yes. The Frequent Charter Program can cover several authorised travellers within the same organisation, with centralised billing and consolidated reporting. It is particularly suited to companies coordinating private aviation across executives and leadership teams.
What happens when my advance payment is nearly used?
Your Private Aviation Advisor will let you know when the remaining amount is running low. You can then make an additional advance payment by bank transfer to cover your upcoming travel.
You may also choose to receive an automatic notification when the remaining amount reaches a level agreed with your advisor.
