LunaJets reviews from private jet charter customers

Vladislav was very responsive and helpful. The crew very professional and courteous.

Remi was swift in finding us support for our charter request. He managed to get our specifications across to SkyUp and we were really satisfied with SkyUps performance on the charter. Remi knew exactly what we needed and delivered. And that for me is what a great service is all about Thank you

Great pilots, amazing plane, thank you again.

Petr is awesome. Thank you for a tremendous service!

Amazing support from Augustin Annecca, I am very grateful to him for answering all my questions incredibly quickly and fulfilling all his requests.

If you want to pay more money for no service and changing goal posts you are welcome at lunajets. Never again!

Absolutely great experience. Augustin was a pleasure to deal with booking the flight and will be in touch again. Experience and pilots excellent. Will definitely be recommending Luna jets.

Good service

Extremely pleased and will be a returning customer.

Everything was awesome. Exceeded our expectations. Petr was tremendous in making our arrangements. We currently live in Panama and travel to Europe 2 - 3 times per year and will now switch over to your service each time we are here. Thanks again!

Seamless journey. Wonderful crew. Very pleased indeed. Highly recommended

Great flight

Giulia just wanted to say our flights were perfect. We also appreciated your card and gift which gave a very personalised approach to business.

Excellent service again. Thanks.

As usual, this service went perfectly. The participants on this flight appreciated the quality of the service and of the people involved.

Excellent booking and very smooth flight with friendly crew!

The crew was very professional. Thanks

I think it is unnecessary that you still have to leave a credit card on file even when paying by instant bank transfer!

The whole experience was first class. I cannot praise and thank your staff that I dealt with enough for the service I received.

David Behar was great to work with. Pilots were great and friendly. Very enjoyable experience.

Everything was perfect!

Perfect flight, superb, very good organisation

Thank you Rémi and LunaJets for making the 2022 edition of this pilgrimage a success.

Hi Gonzalo, Many thanks for your gift and for the very generous credit!! It is much appreciated! I was glad that we were able to collaborate together

This email to thank you for the outstanding service and support in making the experience flawless! Your availability, close follow-up and professionalism were greatly appreciated. Looking forward to our next collaboration!

David was very helpful and responsive. Thank you!

Great service from booking, flight and FBO staff.

This is my second booking with Marie. She has given me the best deal so far.

As always, the process was excellent. Unfortunately we could only leave Paris an hour later. During that time, though, we were looked after very well. We will certainly fly with LunaJets again.

Everything is very smooth.

Very efficient booking as always, and a really extraordinary experience on board!!

I would like to thank Luna jets team specifically Mr. Jules Aubertin for his help and support during my journeys with my wife, and I hope to see you again in my next flights. Again thank you all

Absolutely perfect all round. Keep going in this direction and do not change your standards, which are the reason for these excellent reviews. Thank you to all your team.

Everything was handled professionally as was the flight itself. Looking forward to my next flight.

Great service, I will certainly use LunaJets again.

VERY GOOD

5 stars experience

Today I received the card and pen, I would like to express our thanks for the great service and gift, we look forward to working with you in the near future.

Perfect

The Fly service on the return flight was completely uncoordinated

Nice crew and nice plane.

Always on time. Thank you

Great flight, thank you.

Thank you very much ... the flight was perfect! Everything worked out great, service was great and we arrived in Tel Aviv on time. Thank you very much, we are looking forward to the return flight!

Everything was fantastic. Great crew, tasty snacks, and a great flight.

Excellent in every way

A very good trip from all points of view . Thank you . I will let you know who will be coming back with us later.

All good

Hello, We are very satisfied with this flight. Our main contact Rémi Aubin did what was needed to make sure everything went perfectly throughout the whole service. The same goes for Fara Galati, who took over for the return. Thank you for the quality of your service.

Perfect! A nice improvement since my first experience about ten years ago! Thank you

It was all perfect thank you!

See soon again

It was a great trip! We thoroughly enjoyed it. I’m glad you sold us on the Pilatus, as we liked the size of it and it wasn’t loud, as I feared it might be. The captain and all we met were excellent as well! I also appreciated that our V-class in Paris already had a car seat for our daughter. Thank you again for coordinating the trip. We’ll definitely fly with LunaJets again sometime.

Was great !!

Hello, as we are not used to this kind of service, we were all won over by it. Having a single contact from start to finish of the booking is reassuring (Mr Aubin in our case). He always replied quickly and managed to deliver on our requests (catering for the return!). Thank you. I think you could develop the catering on board in the direction we had asked for: rather a snack such as mini sandwiches (milk bread or other) or mini wraps, mini club sandwiches... rather than a "meal" sandwich. It was of very good quality, but less suited to the moment with a glass of champagne. The steward on board was very professional and friendly. Timing was well respected. Would do again. Thanks again.

Miss Tessier was the perfect person to handle everything absolutely perfect for us. We will come back again to you guys. It was amazing!!

Always a pleasure to travel with you. Thank you to the team.

Gonzalo is very professional and customer centric. He was always available and tried to find the best solution for us! We will definitely work more often with Lunajets in the future! Big thanks to Gonzalo Mena!

Great flight great aircraft great captain cabin attendant super super +/+ perfect flight

Everything went well. Thanks…

Thank you to the whole team!

Everything worked out perfectly! Thank you very much. My next flight is a one-way on 30 April from Berlin to Cannes.

Starting from the booking, congratulations on the courtesy, speed and professionalism. Special praise to Andrea and his way of dealing with people and working. Flight, catering, pilots and service all TOP. Thank you

These 2 trips, London to Paris and Paris to London, went wonderfully! Augustin showed great rigour and took all my requests into account. I would definitely recommend LunaJets to my colleagues, whether for personal or professional reasons.

Thank you for all these flights

Thanks for overcoming the issue of one of our planes being grounded with maintenance issues

Very polite and helpful pilots and the food was better too.

Super professionalism, I cannot wait to take another flight.

All went well. The pilot did thorough checks prior to take off just to be sure everything was ok. Which I’m pleased about.

Gonzalo was very helpful with providing updates and any last-minute requests we had. The team are always helpful as we have also been looked after by Maria (she was on annual leave on this occasion) the aircrew were very nice too. We will continue to use LunaJets over our other jetcard provider from now on.

Just wanted to say, thank you for your service everything was perfect. We appreciate your professionalism and communication in managing these bookings for us. Please pass on my thanks to your management team as well. We look forward to returning later in the year and engaging your services again.

My husband has a company jet contract through XO but flying international isn't part of their contract but I will keep it in mind. It was a true pleasure flying with your people. They were truly amazing, thanks again for accommodating us on such short notice. Thanks

Good flight. Nice crew. I will try to book again with you. Many thanks

Hello DELBRUYERE, I wanted to let you know how satisfied we were with the flight on Friday 18/03/2022, everything was perfect.

Flawless. The pilots are great. The ground service is great

Hello Boris, Many thanks. That is very kind. Everyone was very satisfied and the crew are said to have been very, very friendly. Thank you very much for everything.

Flight went well, Craig did an extremely good job with some very last minute changes. Overall we were very impressed with the service.

It is always a pleasure for us to work with Rémi. We place great trust in him and are never disappointed! Professionalism, responsiveness and friendliness characterise him. We will be delighted to repeat the experience with LunaJets for our next charters: transparency on the air market, intelligence in understanding our issues, excellent management before the operation, during the weekend and after-sales service when needed. This privileged relationship of trust guarantees LunaJets that we will remain your clients for the next operations. I am going to click 5*****

Thanks to Rémi for his professionalism, his responsiveness and his negotiation. Looking forward to working with LunaJets again. One point to watch: baggage tracking on arrival at CDG, especially with the providers concerned.

Good efficient service

Remi Aubin is great! Very helpful with everything, clear in communications and we trust him with all our future bookings.

The excellent planning and execution allowed me to realize a very tight schedule in three countries in two days. Very good availability of pilots.
