LunaJets reviews from private jet charter customers

Nice aircraft

A successful first experience. We were very well looked after from booking through to the flight. Our contact was there for us throughout the whole process. LunaJets met our requirements and handled the unexpected. We highly recommend them.

It was amazing. Thanks to David for all the help!

Our travel experience was amazing. We appreciated all the help thru the airport and security. The pilots were very professional and the catering was exactly what we ordered. The flight was also right on time. We will definitely use Luna jets again

It was perfect and Eriks is the Man !!! It's not just about a great plane.... it's about a great price too.

As always spot on

Both Vladislav and Vladimir very responsive Crew very nice and professional On time! Plane interior was a bit tired looking-but just fine.

Every time I have flown with lunajets the experience has been second to none! I tell you - Rémi is a 6/5 star guy. Brilliant to work with. I didn't talk so much with Andrea, but he did very good. I'll fly with Luna Jets again.

There were 10 of us who went from Reims in France down to Cannes and we want to give Luna Jet and our contact Eriks Ziverts our best recommendations Our plane Legacy 650 which was so nice and the staff on board who took care of us were absolutely wonderful

Another excellent flight

Bonjour Eymeric, Thank you very much for asking. I can say that Remi tried hard to mitigate the effects and in my opinion he did a very good job.

Everything went great, everything perfect!!!! We arrived home safely! Kind regards

Very good service.

Everything went very well. Thanks to Fanny for the organisation. Kind regards

Very Good Service

I have dealt with many charter agents but honestly speaking Mr Agustin was very supportive and attentive to my requests. The flight confirmation was prompt and swift with no delay and the client was very happy. I highly recommend him and will surely deal with him for my future bookings.

Booking to arriving at the terminal to the flight, all was great!

Great service from the beginning to the end. Thank you for organizing a last minute request.

Great service, smooth experience - thank you!

Great service by Christelle. Always available. Always finds a solution. Very friendly and customer service oriented

I'd like to give my thanks to Antanas who is always super helpful for booking flights, and especially when I had to book a last minute flight for my wife to go to London, in the midst of massive issues with regular airline flights

Always flawless service.

Great service from Vladimir Budesco. Very helpful

Working with Thomas was great! Flights were great

Everything worked great. Thank you very much. We are always interested in flights, including spontaneous empty legs between Austria/Great Britain/Austria.

Thank you

Thanks for the great service and ride! Pilots and all the staff at JetEx made the trip an unforgettable experience

I would just like to say that Luna Jet have been brilliant! The main reason we use private travel is because our son is autistic. He was really distressed on the way out to Ibiza and all the staff we encountered were fantastic! Thank you

Paul is the best!

Hi Eymeric, crew was super, thank you.

Very good from start to finish!

Thank you for the smooth booking and execution, as well as the course of the trip and the good communication with your service team, thank you again Kind regards

Hello Andrea, as I had no experience of this, I still had some concern. But thanks to your professionalism and courtesy, everything was perfect, all as planned. We are happy to have met you and about how our holidays went. Above all, yesterday's P 180 and its crew were exceptional with us and little Lorenzo. Thanks again and see you soon!!!

Professional and quick followup of requests, to be recommended

Very good service, best advice. Definitely again.

3rd trip with Luna - Perfecto. Very pleased with the services.

We had a very well organised flight. Everything on time. Hopefully will use you again Many thanks

Thank you guys again for everything. Went out of your way to make the trip happen at short notice. My first choice in Europe.

Perfect aircraft and crew

Good communication, good care, nice pilot, 10/10

Very happy with my experience and especially in my dealings with Remi Aubin (very professional)

Excellent experience!

Fabulous service. Excellent from start to finish. I will be recommending you to family members going forward. One item was the transport in Alicante - it wasn't absolutely clear that we had a car from the plane, then into Customs, then our transfer car was outside the terminal. We thought the car at the plane was the transfer car. But a minor item. We had a great experience overall and will use you again in the future. Giulia was excellent with our booking and questions. Very professional.

Great service. 5 stars. Pauline and Eléonore were wonderful. Excellent pilots.

Excellent service, thank you. A big thank you to Fanny.

Perfect organisation! Thank you to Jules Aubertin. Everything went very well and my family was delighted with the trip with LunaJets.

Outstanding service provided by Augustin Annecca at Lunajets.

Good experience (first time booking a jet). Price was competitive. Augustin was very good at dealing with queries throughout the booking process and managed to arrange a car home at short notice which was great.

Everything was perfect, thank you to Marie for taking care of everything.

Well done to Remi for the organisation.

Fanny was great and thoughtful. Everything was very simple and easy. The welcome was fantastic and Fanny's follow-up was excellent, even though the schedule was not simple. Well done to everyone

I am very satisfied with my broker Augustin.
