LunaJets reviews from private jet charter customers

I just wanted to add that Jules Guillot deserves a special 'Mention In Despatches' for his unruffled, smooth, efficient & patient handling of a difficult situation. He really did score 10/10 on all fronts. He remained on the case - phone and otherwise - right up until I was airborne.

Vladimir takes great care of us.

Amazing experience, we booked last minute to go to watch England play in Cologne and Eriks handled the whole service impeccably. From the flight to the ground transportation. Thank you Eriks we will continue to return to LunaJets, the best on the market! You must also try the Pilatus PC-24, what a plane!

Always satisfied! A good team.

Amazing service, Eriks was amazing, honestly the best, and made our booking to the flight experience so professional and great. Also the best cost out there in the market!

Nice plane, well kept, great crew. We are very happy.

Dealing with Paul from the start has been a pleasure, he is very professional and helpful. We just completed the first leg of our journey and everything was perfect. Thank you LunaJets, we couldn’t have hoped for a better experience!

We had another very pleasant flight with LunaJets, from the booking process to the flight itself. The crew were very nice and attentive and the aircraft in excellent condition.

Always happy with the service and pricing, moreover the personal approach is highly appreciated.

Good evening Marie, You were very efficient and effective. We are very satisfied. Thank you.

The pilot on our flight Julien was excellent not only in terms of flying but in the client servicing side. Wonderful person.

Both the outbound and the return flight were lovely.

Organisation before and after the flight: perfect round trip. Communication with Erwann Provost was exceptional, great professionalism as always with him, both in organising the trip and in choosing the aircraft. Flight and transfers: perfect.

Very kind and professional service from Mr Thomas Hauser. What was missing, however, was food on the outbound and return journeys (we picked the children up straight from school, so they were hungry) - sandwiches or similar were missing - Otherwise everything perfect. - We will fly with you again! - Thank you very much!

All perfect. See you soon.

The flight was really smooth and extremely pleasant. Thank you once again for your attention and assistance throughout.

All went very smoothly, including the handling at the three airports. The itinerary worked well, the aircraft was comfortable, the flight was good, the crew were friendly and professional.

Thank you for the organisation and the quality of your services.

Great experience and great flight. Thank you!

Positive experience, helpful and professional staff.

Everything was perfect! Mr Hauser and Ms Stirnimann did a great job! Thank you! We will gladly fly with LunaJets again.

Thank you to Matthieu and Rémi for their availability and professionalism. See you very soon.

It is a pleasure to work with LunaJets. High level of service and a customer-focused approach. I was especially pleased with the work of Vladimir, who, besides helping to organise all the transfers and choosing the best route, personally met the guests at the airport and gave a small gift. We will contact you again.

Best flight ever. Thank you.

Service and crew were fantastic. We'll see you again.

Top service in quality, execution and responsiveness. Thanks to Jules for the follow-up, and see you soon.

The flight was perfect, thank you very much.

Majd Alwaa was very prompt and thorough on the details. We had a small health emergency and he was able to expedite our trip and then followed up at each step. It was a pleasurable experience considering the circumstances.

Bravo to Erwann, a real pleasure to work with him. Thank you for everything.

Everything was great, thanks a lot. I will definitely book again in the near future.

It was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Everything went wonderfully. Another big thank you, and I will be in touch again.

Erwann and I make a great team because we leave no stone unturned. His assistance was invaluable, providing all the information I needed to ensure a successful flight. I cannot express my gratitude enough. LunaJets remains at the top of my list, even though other competitors have approached me with very tempting offers. I prioritise reliability and excellent service, both of which LunaJets offers. Why consider the others when I already have the best at hand?

Quick to respond. Thank you!

Excellent!

Really amazing, very professional, very transparent, courteous to our requests and excellent overall communication and clarity. I have been now a client of LunaJets since 2020 and we are very pleased with the service and continue to choose it above other jet providers, because the level of customer relations is just higher.

Very good flight, including the welcome and follow-up from Sacha, and the service on board. Very responsive. We are very satisfied with this first flight.

We were more than satisfied. I would book this aircraft with this captain again anytime.

Operation very well handled by Mr Erwann Provost, with a complicated return flight because of the weather. A big thank you for the control of this booking, which allowed our travellers to get home as planned.

All went well.

Mehdi was extraordinarily efficient, very sensitive to our urgency and super helpful. I feel lucky he was there to help us in time of need, since we had to fly back to Madrid urgently.

Thanks for an excellent service.

We are delighted and thankful to travel with LunaJets; another splendid arrival! Many thanks to all involved.

Very helpful and efficient response to an immediate request.

Dear Eriks, everything was ok. Many thanks to you and all the LunaJets team for your kind gift.

The flight was brilliant.

Just want to say Paul Lanxade is a credit to LunaJets. His customer service and care was second to none. He was always available when I needed to know something and very thorough in following up on things that mattered. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish and I would definitely use LunaJets again when needed in the future.

Many thanks Erwann for your great help and support. Really appreciate it.

All great! Super smooth from start to finish. After my initial enquiry, Sara reacted very quickly, she was very helpful and an agreement was reached. The payment instructions were clear. Biggin Hill was excellent, super easy, calm and helpful. My pilots were excellent, smooth flight, took off exactly on time and landed early. Bags offloaded, taxi ordered, and a stress-free journey home. Oh to be able to do this more often!!! Just excellent, many thanks!

Wonderful trip. Swiss quality. Punctuality, respect, kindness and politeness.

The trip could not have been smoother and I will definitely use your service again in the future. Thank you very much.

Great service as always!

That was a really comfortable plane. I hope I can fly in that one again! Thank you.

For me, service is essential. Here my PoC (Paul Lanxade) managed the details well right to the end, which is a key element for me.

All went smoothly and according to plan.

Mr. Erwann Provost did an excellent service in both our flight bookings 25th October and 29th October. He assisted and provided me at the best he could. Hence, meeting our company owner's high expectations. We will definitely use LunaJets again in our future special flight requirements. Erwann is a feather on your back.

Always efficient service and quality operators.

Dear Mehdi, Thank you, everything was perfect.

The flight today was very good. Thank you

It was the most amazing flight, Tamsin, with a wonderful captain & crew. Thank you all so much!

Great team work Paul-Pascal-Thomas! Thank you.

Excellent service - all staff very pleasant, good aircraft and food

Wonderful flights, very very friendly crews, everything went perfect. Thank you so much!

Very satisfied with the service. I was in contact with Erwann Provost, who is a serious, professional and responsive person. I will not hesitate to repeat the experience with you. My clients were also satisfied.

Excellent customer experience

Food & beverage self-service

Everything was professional, easy and good pricing. I would strongly recommend you to anyone.. And I will definitely use your services again.

Dear Mr Segard, We have landed safely back home. We had a 1-hour delay because of air traffic around Nice. We had a very nice and friendly crew. The whistling of the Mustang engines is a bit annoying, though; the Phenom was quieter. In Mr Gutmann you have a very competent and pleasant employee. Best regards

It was excellent! Thank you very much

THE BST service by Thomas Hauser

Perfect flight

Paul Lanxade is a great professional and takes care of everything in an exceptional way - always available, providing regular feedback and taking care of all the requests.

Everything was perfect, just as you would imagine a private flight to be

Luna Jets was impeccable! They were well organized and had a wonderful experience booking the flight and the crew!

The flight was comfortable, the flight was not delayed, and the service was excellent. We thank you for your kind cooperation

I know that you always depend on slots, but next time I would like to make sure we fly on the requested time, so we don't have to change all the plans.

Everything, as usual, was excellent. Thank you!

Everything was great, we are very happy with everything. Pilots were nice, the driver also.

Tomas and Tamsin, I want to thank you for the fantastic flight. As always, very helpful and proactive. I hope to connect with you soon, and keep up the fantastic job.

Was from booking til the landing a fantastic experience. One star less on flight experience is not because of your company but because of the thunderstorm we were in while landing, pretty scary, but wonderful and kind pilots. Look forward to flying with Lunajets soon . Special thanks to Mr. Vladimir and mr. Van Beveren (pilot) for their kindness. Worth every Euro.

Everything was fine for this flight, thank you

100 % perfect ! checkin, pilots, plane, flight, schedule, ground staff. perfect.

Thanks a lot.

It was a beautiful journey from the moment of booking to the arrival at the hotel, very recommended.

Mehdi is great. Courteous and efficient. The only problem is the payment method by e-mail. I do not have the e-banking codes and I do not know how to handle all these things in general. Why can we not pay by credit card? Simple and efficient Why?

Super well organized and super smooth. Super nice pilot too

Everything worked out perfectly.

Great crew!

Good plane, good crew, good catering

On time great crew. Plane a bit in need of updating interior.

Over all, very good service from yourself, the crew , and also by staff at Gstaad and La Mole airports . The PC 12 is the ideal plane for this type of transfer . Not so good an experience in strong winds however, but that is the price to be paid with a lighter aircraft I guess ! Would certainly use LunaJets service again at a future date

Thanks crew were great and accommodating and Thomas really helped as well. Great team

All in all was good.

Super helpful, Raphael was a great help and always available and responded to questions very quickly. Made the whole booking experience very easy. Thank you so much!

All good and we’re satisfied with Vladimir’s service.

Very pleased with Vladislav’s service.

This was a perfect experience. Wonderful plane and great in flight service

One hour delay.

Thank you so much
