Our experience with Lunajets was professional and enjoyable from beginning to end, especially as it was our first experience. Francescas was amazing helping us with the booking and selecting the appropriate aircraft and making all the arrangements and keeping us informed throughout the experience on if we were still on schedule and when the plane had arrived. Our pilots Justin and Frasier were extremely polite and professional and kind to our family and two children. They made the flight enjoyable, the flight was smooth and made our family feel calm and at ease. We enjoyed the experience from beginning to end and would highly recommend LunaJets and their team was wonderful.

This includes the ground services of Astonsky LBG and Saudia Private Aviation Dammam, who worked hand-on-hand to achieve a flawless and hassle-free service. I've never flown with this operator before – happy to provide some feedback: -Very pleasant crew indeed and helpful. Met me at the security gate and we went straight to the aircraft due to weather and slots, as time was running out. Proactive 10/10. - The interior is tired, but all OK. Catering was fine. Cleanliness 9/10. - Crew: Perfect English, spot on and helpful. 10/10. The old Mitsubishi Diamond has become a good aircraft. Would I use them again? Yes. Would I recommend them? Yes. Many thanks again for sorting this out on short notice.

Majd Alwaa was very prompt and thorough on the details. We had a small health emergency and he was able to expedite our trip and then followed up at each step. It was a pleasurable experience considering the circumstances.

All great! Super smooth from start to finish. After my initial enquiry, Sara reacted very quickly, she was very helpful and an agreement was reached. The payment instructions were clear. Biggin Hill was excellent, super easy, calm and helpful. My pilots were excellent, smooth flight, took off exactly on time and landed early. Bags offloaded, taxi ordered, and a stress-free journey home. Oh to be able to do this more often!!! Just excellent, many thanks!

One star less on flight experience is not because of your company but because the thunderstorm we were in while landing, pretty scarry, but wonderful and kind pilots. Over all, very good service from yourself, the crew , and also by staff at Gstaad and La Mole airports . The PC 12 is the ideal plane for this type of transfer . Not so good an experience in strong winds however, but that is the price to be paid with a lighter aircraft I guess ! Would certainly use LunaJets service again at a future date
