Very reactive, very flexible, very good

Great, from booking to arrival in Marrakech! Until next time, thank you.

It was organized very well!

Our experience with Lunajets was professional and enjoyable from beginning to end, especially as it was our first experience. Francescas was amazing helping us with the booking and selecting the appropriate aircraft and making all the arrangements and keeping us informed throughout the experience on if we were still on schedule and when the plane had arrived. Our pilots Justin and Frasier were extremely polite and professional and kind to our family and two children. They made the flight enjoyable, the flight was smooth and made our family feel calm and at ease. We enjoyed the experience from beginning to end and would highly recommend LunaJets and their team was wonderful.

We are grateful to Vladimir for his help and assistance in organizing the flight and transfer!

Everything absolutely perfect. The entire booking process was followed in a very professional way. On-time flight and excellent on-board staff.

Izudin is an asset to your organisation. Communications were clear (in multiple languages), support was outstanding and met the passengers in Dubai to ensure that they were taken care off. Outstanding experience, well done.

Good service. Only a bit more snacks were missing. I do have an egg allergy, so cookies were not for me.

Another impeccably organised mission, this time in South America, with a plane-to-plane connection to arrange between my commercial flight and the private one! 👏💪🏻 See you on 12 October, thank you "Air one" 😉

You did it again! This is just a brief message to express our profound gratitude for the job well done vis-à-vis the recent Embraer Lineage 1000 flight from LBG Paris to Dammam, Saudi Arabia on 7th September. It was well-organized, every detail was on point and no stone was left unturned as we carefully planned. The success was due to you, who spearheaded your team, and our good 2-way communication worked well, which added to its positive outcome. Let me take this opportunity to thank Benjamin as well, who one way or another patiently assisted the family from the moment they stepped at the LBG Airport until they departed. He deserves a salute as well. Likewise, the entire flight was safely executed with superb in-flight services as commented by the family. This includes the ground services of Astonsky LBG and Saudia Private Aviation Dammam, who worked hand-on-hand to achieve a flawless and hassle-free service. Generally, Luna Jets is indeed reliable/dependable and I will always count on you when it comes to chartered flight requirements. Erwann, kudos! Luna Jets nailed it again.

You and the team went beyond the call of duty to make this great.

Thank you for handling our flights to perfection. All went as smoothly as it could, a really positive experience all along. I will for sure call you for my future flights when needed.
