I've never flown with this operator before – happy to provide some feedback: -Very pleasant crew indeed and helpful. Met me at the security gate and we went straight to the aircraft due to weather and slots, as time was running out. Proactive 10/10. - The interior is tired, but all OK. Catering was fine. Cleanliness 9/10. - Crew: Perfect English, spot on and helpful. 10/10. The old Mitsubishi Diamond has become a good aircraft. Would I use them again? Yes. Would I recommend them? Yes. Many thanks again for sorting this out on short notice.

I would really like to extend my thanks to Tomas Nicolau. I arrange to take this flight as I was extremely unwell (with a pre-existing medical condition) on the day that I was due to travel back to the UK from Nice and couldn't take the seat on the BA flight that I had booked. I was pretty desperate just to get home. Tomas arrange for the flight with ease, kept me informed throughout the booking process and as a result, I got home the following day.
