LunaJets reviews from private jet charter customers

On board, all good.... thanks for everything Tomas. Couldn’t have asked for better service from an agent... you in particular and Luna in general

Dear Raphael, I am writing to express my sincere thanks to you and LunaJets staff for perfect flight. Everything was arranged in a great way, and it was our pleasure using your services. The flight itself went smoothly and was very pleasant, the crew was great - so once again thanks for good advice:) Have a great Sunday evening,

Thank you Arthur and Marie for my last-minute flight from Paris to Geneva, and thank you for the very well handled upgrade!

Hello, everything was perfect, thank you very much, we will be back. Kind regards

Great service & great flight. Thank you,

The flight yesterday was excellent! Thank you for your efficient service, and although I don’t expect to be a frequent customer, it is likely I will return to you in the future.

I would just like to take the opportunity to say thank you for all your help and support since all this COVID madness started. You have been an amazing support in getting XXXX to and from his destinations for the racing during these extremely difficult times and made it possible to him to continue as normal as possible. I would just like you to know how extremely grateful I am and how much I enjoy working with you Please pass my comments on to your manager – you are an absolute credit to the LunaJets team Thank you and kind regards

Wonderful thank you The flight was great. Very smooth, and great service. Food was very good also. We are very happy with your service. Thank you! Sincerely,

Tomas has been so great! thank you

Marc, I thought I would let you know that my wife and I really enjoyed the flight. The plane is beautiful and the service was first class.

Dear Bryan Thank you for a first-class service. You are the best. Regards.

Boris did an excellent job in making it all possible! Plane bit dated - but good value for money.

Guests were very satisfied, thanks

Thanks Bryan. A super efficient service all round. Best wishes.

Thank you for the ultimate attention you have provided me as a (very minor) client, 24/7. Your dedication to clients has been beyond anything I have experienced as a client and exactly everything I have asked my own staff to emulate. I appreciate I am a very small client since 2016, but I feel you have valued me as though I am your best client. Regards,

Dear Guillaume First of all I wanted to let you know that the XXX President and delegation were very happy with the flight, service and crew yesterday. Indeed they were asking if the same plane would be available also for the trip to XXX this weekend XXXSEP. The delegation is: 5 or 6 on the way to XXX, 6 on return. Many thanks and have a nice evening

You are a star! Many thanks for everything.

Excellent service in every respect. Thank you! Will be coming back.

Hi Boris Just to say a big thank you for all your help over recent months. You have been really helpful and incredibly responsive. Private charters have been a real eye opener and a great experience. We would not have gone to Spain or Loch Lomond without you - and the changes of scene and the experience have been worth the money. We are not sure when we will next venture “away” but may well be in touch in due course. Best,

I loved Flying Lunajets. Great service and you really went all out when I had a hiccup. Look forward to flying again soon !!

Boris was great!

My Client who I booked the flights for said that she had a great experience. That everybody was very professional and that she was very pleased with all the parts of the trip from bookings to pilots, flight attendants and handlers.

Thanks for everything. The captain was helping us, through our difficulty of losing our passports. Amazing effort and service. Thank you!

Dear team - the booking experience was very smooth and fast, I would particularly like to mention that Felicia's support was excellent as this was a very last minute flight and we were working with your company for the first time (we found your details on the internet). Regarding the flight experience I heard from the passenger that she very much enjoyed the flight and everything was fine. Thanks again, for sure we will be in contact in the future for further flights!

Thank you so much!

I had a wonderful experience. Booking was easy and the agent who helped me, Boris, was very attentive and dealt with all my requests with a great attitude. He was always available at almost all hours. The flight was very comfortable, the ground experience both at the departure and arrival destinations was a breeze. Thank you so much LunaJets. This is a scary time to be traveling, given the emergence of Covid-19, but this trip was stress-free, relaxing and fun. I will definitely fly with LunaJets again and recommend it to others.

Everything went clockwork

All went well very professional.

A special thanks to Petr for all his hard work to arrange and get approval for the flight in such a difficult time. Bravo

Super flight and very helpful with the booking by Mr Anatole Chappuis

We really thank you for all the support and efforts done to help our clients getting back home during such difficult times. Also the last minute changes in Russia were handled with great timing and efficiency. We have worked already in the past with you and when needed we will definitely contact you again. Special thanks to Sofia who was very supportive and always available even during the weekend and extra hours. We really appreciated it.

Very positive experience. Quick response...flexible approach to client.

Hi Felicia , thank you and all at Lunajets for looking after my daughter and friends in an emergency departure during the Covid-19 crisis from Ecuador, Prior to the girls arrival you made sure everything was in order so that the departure was very smooth. As several airports closed their doors you worked along with the pilot to assure a new arrival destination was obtained. You kept me fully informed every step of the way. I cannot thank you enough. Your experience was amazing. Excellent! Again, thank you.

Today we rented a private jet through your company. I just wanted to say that Aleksandra provided incredible help in getting a plane with very little notice. She is a very professional and very well mannered person. You are fortunate to have such a person in your organization. Best regards.

Feli was great - helpful and efficient from start to finish! Thank you all, in particular the crew. My parents-in-law are home safe and sound.

Hi Julia - I just wanted to say thank you for all your help with arranging our flight to Monaco. The service from LunaJets and the aircrew on the aircraft has been impeccable and I look forward to traveling with LunaJets again in the future. Kind regards

Excellent service from the minute I first asked for a quote. My wife was being taken home from Ibiza via air ambulance, I wanted a jet to depart at the same time to take the rest of our family home so we could meet her off the plane. Due to many last minute delays in the departure of the air ambulance, Naser very quickly managed to change the time of our departure 4 times. He was very quick at replying to any questions I had and made the whole process very hassle free at a stressful time. Thank you again for all your help with organising this for us.

We had a great flight and were very well taken care of by both the ground and flight crews. Thanks again for your kind attention to all of the details and seamless organization! Best regards,

Private flight would not be easier.

Felicia, My honest respect for your professional attitude and understanding of this business, it is a pleasure to work with such normal people in aviation business, You are always welcome to work with us, and will have always priority in booking Kindest regards,

This was insane! I missed my regular flight on Sylt and then called LunaJets. Within no time there was a plane ready for me and I arrived at destination far above my regular flight. Friendly and perfect service! Best,

The flight and crew were very good

Everything was excellent. Thank you

Service was a 10.
