King Khalid International Airport
Situated 35 km (30minutes) north of Riyadh’s city-center in Saudi Arabia, King Khalid International Airport ("Matār al-Malik Khālid al-Duwaliyy" in Arabic) has the second largest land area – after King Fahd International Airport in Dammam – allocated for an airport in the world.
This joint airport with two 4.2-kilometers (13,796ft) runways can welcome all types of jets from Very Light Jets to VIP Airliners. Open 24/7 and equipped with customs, this airport does not require slots for takeoff and landing, has a mandatory handling and four Fixed-Based Operators available.
Located north of runway number 1, the airport has a general aviation complex including a passenger terminal that can be reached by a special access road that runs north from the airport access highway.
