Chubu Centrair International Airport
Located about 40km (45minutes) south of Nagoya city-centre, Chubu Centrair International Airport is the main international gateway for the Japanese region of Chubu. The airport was built on an artificial island in Ise Bay, Tokoname City and has won ‘The World’s Best Regional Airport’ award by Skytrax several times in a row already. Chubu Centrair has one large runway of 11,483ft (3.5km) and has customs clearance. It has five FBOs and several lounges, along with a Sky Deck at the top level and a Bathhouse called "Fu No Yu".
