YOUR OBJECTIVES

Your objective is to support with ambition and motivation a major expansion of our activities. Working across multiple accounts and platforms, you will help develop and implement an effective social media strategy, driving audience development and engagement, enhancing brand reputation, and boosting the reach & impact of our content through targeted campaigns. You will be part of our communication and marketing team and work in coordination with them, as well as with the Digital IT team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Implement LunaJets digital communications strategy, in coordination with the Digital IT team, the Head of Communication and the Art and Brand Identity Manager.

  • Build, coordinate and run Luna Aviation Group (LunaJets, LunaGroup Charter, LunaSolutions, and LunaLogistik) presence across social media channels, including, but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or TikTok, by using the capabilities of these platforms

  • Work with the Communication and Marketing team in order to align objectives, audience targeting, brand image, messaging and content

  • Ensure that organic strategy campaigns meet expectations in terms of engagement, reach, traffic and customer acquisition

  • Suggest and create innovative content adapted to each platform and each brand/target group (with the appropriate tone)

  • Interaction with our followers: monitor messages and comments, increase reach and engagement

  • Benchmark and competitors monitoring and analysis

  • Identify creativity trends and inputs for digital platforms and coordinate internal stakeholders (brand, content, design, photo, video)

  • Comprehensive management and monitoring of paid campaigns (ads & paid promotion) across platforms

  • Reporting, monitor performance against KPIs, analysis and presentation of metrics.

QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE
  • Degree in Digital Marketing and Communication, school of comms/arts/digital/marketing, journalism, or a similar degree program

  • Demonstrated ability in social media management and creative development, experience in a creative, dynamic and digital environment

  • Strong understanding of social media channels, landscape, and latest developments

  • Strong storytelling, writing and editing skills with experience in content creation for digital formats

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • A balance of creative mentality and good visual instinct with strong analytical skills, understanding data and KPIs, and how to build strong metrics for organic engagement, growth, and reach

  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity under pressure, in a fast-paced environment

  • Expertise in cross-channel media planning including digital and offline strategy, implementation, tracking and insights and hands-on experience in running organic and paid advertising campaigns on various platforms

  • Ability to work in a team and cross department

  • Proficient in English and French. Other European language(s) desirable
