YOUR GOAL

Your goal is to manage various flight projects and provide a professional and efficient service throughout the booking and flight process. Supervised by the Aviation Advisors, you will ensure to provide the best customer service to our clients. Depending on your progress during the last month of your internship, you will assist your advisor in finding the best private flight options available on the market and help expand the LunaJets’ value proposition to different markets.


KEY INFORMATION
  • Location: LunaJets Madrid

  • Status: Paid internship

  • Period: 6 months

  • Position: Private Aviation Coordinator Intern

  • 5-days working week with different shifts (Off days will vary during the week - Late shifts and weekend shifts might be required depending on seasonality)


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist and support in the daily tasks the Sales Agents

  • Maintain and update partners information in LunaJets’ database

  • Support/answer clients’ questions or possible needs

  • Flight management and liaison between operator and client

  • Deliver exceptional personalized service to high-end clients

  • Analyze and research the market for individual private flight projects

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Valid 6-months internship agreement from the school required

  • Ongoing Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management required

  • Fluent in English and Spanish are mandatory

  • Flexible and willing to work under pressure

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Positive and can-do attitude

  • Understands the needs of the luxury market
