YOUR OBJECTIVE

Your objective is to manage the Monaco office and supervise the local team, in constant coordination with the Geneva HQ. You will be responsible for prospecting and developing the clients’ network in the region, while providing the necessary assistance to clients seeking to acquire or sell private jets, private charter flights and charter flights for groups.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You will provide excellent service to our clients and your duties will include:

  • Direct the sales, consulting and brokerage operations of the Monaco office, in coordination with the Geneva HQ and the other offices in Europe

  • Develop the strategy and expanding the customers’ network

  • Understand and anticipate customers’ needs in order to provide the best-in-class tailor-made solution to meet any customers’ wishes and requirements

  • Develop and manage the S&A activity and network

  • Develop the network with other luxury providers (yachting, VIP concierge, chef concierges, other brokers and competitors, etc.)

  • Monitor ongoing transactions and all developments in the sector

  • Prepare regular activity reports for the CEO and provide them upon request

  • Ensure and supervise the administrative follow-up of the Monaco office

  • Coordinate the team based in Monaco and organise their schedules and tasks

  • Oversee the office’s communications and administration

  • Maintain existing positive relationships and ensure the development and management of the office

  • Represent the company with integrity and dedication.

KEY INFORMATION
  • Location: LunaJets Monaco SAM - 3-5 Av. des Citronniers - Le Prince de Galles - rdc n°34, Monaco

  • Start date: As soon as possible

  • Rate of employment: 100% - Permanent contract

  • Position: Director and Development Manager

  • 5 day working week (days off may vary depending on the needs of the office)

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Studies in management and/or business (diplomas and/or experience in the luxury market will be an asset)

  • Previous experience in the aviation industry and in the sale and acquisition of aircrafts

  • Good knowledge of the aviation industry and its actors (aircraft, manufacturers, etc.)

  • Good knowledge of the Monegasque clientele

  • Understanding of the luxury market and its challenges

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Leadership and good management of priorities

  • Positive and proactive attitude, team spirit

  • Perfect mastery of English mandatory (other languages an asset)

  • Mastery of IT tools

  • Stress resistance and flexibility.
