YOUR OBJECTIVE

Your objective is to provide support to our Head Concierge and our Sales Agents, before, during and after flights. You will be part of the concierge department, reporting to our Head Concierge and our Management team, ensuring luxury services, in charge of various projects such as catering requests, private chauffeur service, helicopter transfers, client support, etc…

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prospect and develop the company portfolio throughout proactive cold calling sessions whilst maintaining the upmost standard of bespoke service before, during and after the flight

  • Proactively approaching your list through outbound sales calls, emails and visits (both personal and virtual) and converting prospects customers

  • Develop an excellent knowledge of aircraft and charter processes

  • Operational side on a day-to-day basis, monitoring carefully all your flights (including outside of office hours)

  • Going at the airport when needed to supervise your flights and meet your clients

  • Building relationships with operators to ensure access to the widest possible range of aircraft and to provide solutions for customers

  • Build and maintain excellent customer relationships to ensure business

  • Reach sales and financial targets

  • Receive incoming requests for urgent charters virtually 24 hours a day

  • Presenting tailor-made offers to commercially minded clients

  • Observation/supervision of flight departures and arrivals

  • Reporting daily to your line manager in Dubai and to the management team in Geneva

QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE
  • You will have a 6-months internship agreement validated from your current school

  • Client focused with a high sense of responsibility while enjoying working with goals in a competitive environment

  • Self-starter who is not afraid to think outside the box and strong team player

  • Results and goal-oriented

  • Highly developed communication and prospecting skills

  • Very organized and multi tasks orientated, switching quickly from one activity to another

  • Fluency in English and French mandatory. Other languages will be a great asset (Spanish, German, Russian, Italian, etc.)

  • Keen on delivering the highest possible customer service (hospitality experience is an asset)

  • No aviation experience required

  • Available to start from January/February 2024.
