YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
N1 and N2 support for all user questions operating as a helpdesk in an Apple environment with Microsoft office / Outlook, iPad, iPhone, MacBook
Configuration, installation and deployment of Mac, iPad, iPhone
Managing the IT hardware stock and order new items when needed
Technical documentation of changes made and user documentation if required
Training users on Apple product functions and business applications
On-site support with the possibility of occasional international travel

QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE
Successful experience in Level 1 and 2 support environments (mandatory)
JAMF Pro advanced level (mandatory)
Ability to support users with limited IT skills
Well organized, strong multi-tasker, and works efficiently in a high-pressure environment
Very good analytical skills and ability to make suggestions
Experience in using a ticketing tool
Knowledge of how a network works with different layers
Programming
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Good communications skills (verbal and written) in English and French, other languages a plus
Swiss/UE passport
Driving license
