  • N1 and N2 support for all user questions operating as a helpdesk in an Apple environment with Microsoft office / Outlook, iPad, iPhone, MacBook

  • Configuration, installation and deployment of Mac, iPad, iPhone

  • Managing the IT hardware stock and order new items when needed

  • Technical documentation of changes made and user documentation if required

  • Training users on Apple product functions and business applications

  • On-site support with the possibility of occasional international travel

  • Successful experience in Level 1 and 2 support environments (mandatory)

  • JAMF Pro advanced level (mandatory)

  • Ability to support users with limited IT skills

  • Well organized, strong multi-tasker, and works efficiently in a high-pressure environment

  • Very good analytical skills and ability to make suggestions

  • Experience in using a ticketing tool

  • Knowledge of how a network works with different layers

  • Programming

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Good communications skills (verbal and written) in English and French, other languages a plus

  • Swiss/UE passport

  • Driving license
