Your objective is to build a portfolio of clients, along with finding, negotiating and recommending the best flight options on the market for our customers while being part of a new department carrying on the growth.


Your Responsibilities include building strong relationships with clients and operators alike. It is essential to be able to prospect and develop the company portfolio throughout proactive cold calling sessions whilst maintaining the utmost standard of bespoke service before, during and after the flight. You will also have an importable operational side on a day to day basic monitoring carefully all your flights (including outside of office hours) and going at the airport supervising the check-in of your flight and meeting your clients.

  • Very organized and multi-tasks orientated person switching quickly from one activity to the others (cold calls, flight brief, negotiations, client meeting...) and able to work under high pressure

  • You have an undergraduate degree (Bachelor, Diploma, etc.), preferably in business, aviation or hospitality, real estate

  • No aviation experience is required

  • Fluent in English is a must. A second native language (French, German, Russian, Italian, Spanish) is highly appreciated

  • Keen on delivering the highest possible customer service (hospitality experience is valued)
