YOUR GOAL

Your goal is to provide support to the Sales Agents through the Head Concierge before, during and after flights. You will be part of the concierge department ensuring luxury service, in charge of various

projects such as catering requests, private chauffeur service, helicopter transfers, client support, etc... Supervised by the Head Concierge, you will provide the best customer service to our clientele.


KEY INFORMATION
  • Location: LunaJets, Rue Lect 29, 1217 Meyrin, Switzerland

  • Status: Paid internship

  • Period: 6 or 12 months

  • Position: Customer Experience Assistant

  • 5-days working week with different shifts (Off days will vary during the week - Late shifts and weekend shifts will be required depending on seasonality)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist and support in the daily tasks of the Concierge department

  • Provide customer support before, during and after the flight

  • Assist and guide clients to Private terminals if needed

  • Assist, offer, prepare and deliver catering menus and recommendations

  • Support the Sales Agent with their clients’ possible needs


QUALIFICATIONS
  • An ongoing Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management required

  • Fluent in English, as well as a second fluent language, is mandatory (French, German, Italian or Russian is a plus)

  • Flexible and willing to work under pressure Strong organizational skills

  • Strong team-player

  • Positive and can-do attitude

  • Understands the needs of the luxury market
