  • Professional assistance to the office’s team

  • Anticipate administrative needs of the office

  • Helping with the management and organization of the office

  • Managing appointments, meetings and the phone line

  • Booking restaurants, business trips, etc.

  • Receiving, processing, and sending mails and emails

  • Ordering supplies and managing the bursar's office

  • Liaising with the accounting department and other internal and external partners

  • Updating addresses (clients, correspondants, etc.)

  • Telephone contacts with clients, suppliers, etc.

  • Filing/archiving files physically and electronically

  • All other administrative tasks related to the function.

  • Perfect fluency in English and French (written and spoken), other languages an asset

  • Excellent ability to manage priorities and stress

  • Excellent command of the usual IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Min. 2 years’ experience in a similar position

  • Knowledge of basic accounting is an asset

  • Team player and proactive

  • Office located in the heart of Paris

  • Collaboration with the other offices in Europe (Geneva, London, Monaco, Riga, Dubai)
