Professional assistance to the office’s team
Anticipate administrative needs of the office
Helping with the management and organization of the office
Managing appointments, meetings and the phone line
Booking restaurants, business trips, etc.
Receiving, processing, and sending mails and emails
Ordering supplies and managing the bursar's office
Liaising with the accounting department and other internal and external partners
Updating addresses (clients, correspondants, etc.)
Telephone contacts with clients, suppliers, etc.
Filing/archiving files physically and electronically
All other administrative tasks related to the function.
Perfect fluency in English and French (written and spoken), other languages an asset
Excellent ability to manage priorities and stress
Excellent command of the usual IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Min. 2 years’ experience in a similar position
Knowledge of basic accounting is an asset
Team player and proactive
Office located in the heart of Paris
Collaboration with the other offices in Europe (Geneva, London, Monaco, Riga, Dubai)
5 days working weeks, 2 days off per week
