Charter a Saab Aircraft
Saab, short for Svenska Aeroplan Aktiebolaget, is a Swedish aerospace manufacturer founded in 1937. Alongside its defence activities, Saab produced successful regional turboprops from the 1980s through the early 2000s. More than 500 aircraft were built across its two main models, many of which continue to operate today in airline, government, and charter service.

The most widely recognised model is the Saab 340, a twin-engine turboprop introduced in the early 1980s. With seating for around 30–34 passengers, it was produced in large numbers, with over 450 delivered worldwide. While designed primarily as a regional airliner, it was also adapted for corporate shuttle flights, medevac, and VIP transport. In private aviation, it remains a practical option for group charters on short routes, where reliability and cost efficiency are priorities.
Saab also developed the larger Saab 2000, introduced in the 1990s with seating for up to 50 passengers. One of the fastest turboprops of its generation, it offered near-jet speeds combined with turboprop efficiency. Around 60 were produced, serving regional airlines as well as governments and special-mission operators. In select cases, the Saab 2000 has been fitted with VIP interiors, extending its use beyond commercial operations.
Although production of both types ended in the early 2000s, Saab aircraft continue to be supported by dedicated maintenance providers, keeping them active in commercial and private service.
