It was a great trip! We thoroughly enjoyed it. I’m glad you sold us on the Pilatus, as we liked the size of it and it wasn’t loud, as I feared it might be. The captain and all we met were excellent as well! I also appreciated that our V-class in Paris already had a car seat for our daughter. Thank you again for coordinating the trip. We’ll definitely fly with LunaJets again sometime.

Bonjour, n'étant pas coutumiers de ce genre de service nous avons tous été séduits par ceux-ci. Un seul interlocuteur du début à la fin du dossier rassure (Mr Aubin dans notre cas) il a toujours répondu rapidement, a su concrétiser nos demandes (catering de retour! ) Merci. Je pense que vous pourriez développer le catering à bord dans le sens ou nous avions demandé plutôt un en-cas type mini sandwiches (au lait ou autre) ou mini wrap, mini club sandwiches.... plutôt qu'un sandwich 'repas'. mais il était de très bonne qualité en étant moins adapté au moment avec une coupe de champagne. Le steward à bord fût très professionnel et sympathique. Horaire bien respecté. A refaire. Encore merci.

All went well. The pilot did thorough checks prior to take off just to be sure everything was ok. Which I’m pleased about.

Gonzalo was very helpful with proving updates and any last-minute requests we had. The team are always helpful as we have also been looked after by Maria (she was on annual leave on this occasion) the aircrew were very nice too. We will continue to use LunaJets over our other jetcard provider from now on.

We flew a turboprop from London to Guernsey. It was organized by Derrick on very short notice (1 day) by his working overtime late into the night. We had many questions about turbo props having never flown a prop before, but he patiently and knowledgeably answered all our questions. The trip itself was extremely well organized and as smooth as we could have expected Definitely recommend!!
