Just want to say Paul Lanxade is a credit to LunaJets. His customer service and care was second to none. He was always available when I needed to know something and very thorough in following up on things that mattered. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish and I would definitely use LunaJets again when needed in the future.

All great! Super smooth from start to finish. After my initial enquiry, Sara reacted very quickly, she was very helpful and an agreement was reached. The payment instructions were clear. Biggin Hill was excellent, super easy, calm and helpful. My pilots were excellent, smooth flight, took off exactly on time and landed early. Bags offloaded, taxi ordered, and a stress-free journey home. Oh to be able to do this more often!!! Just excellent, many thanks!

Das Pfeifen der Mustang Motoren ist allerdings etwas lästig, da war die Phenom ruhiger. In Herrn Gutmann haben Sie einen sehr kompetenten und angenehmen Mitarbeiter. Mit besten Grüßen

Was from booking til the landing a fantastic experience. One star less on flight experience is not because of your company but because the thunderstorm we were in while landing, pretty scarry, but wonderful and kind pilots. Mehdi est top. Courtois et efficace . Le seul problème est le mode de paiement par e-mail . Je n ai pas les codes ebanking et je ne sais pas manipuler tous ces trucs de manière générale . Pourquoi ne pouvons nous pas payer par carte de crédit ? Simple et efficace Pourquoi ?

On time great crew. Plane a bit in need of updating interior.

Over all, very good service from yourself, the crew , and also by staff at Gstaad and La Mole airports . The PC 12 is the ideal plane for this type of transfer . Not so good an experience in strong winds however, but that is the price to be paid with a lighter aircraft I guess ! Would certainly use LunaJets service again at a future date

All was great. Please pay closer attention to food selection in Egypt. It is quite scarce, so maybe better to fly off with some European products. The service onboard was superb.
