I can tell you without equivocation that all of the travellers were very happy indeed with the service that was provided.  Every aspect of it was excellent, well thought through and made what was intended to be a journey into an unforgettable experience.  The speed at which our needs were taken care of from the moment of arrival at the airport through to service in the cabin and then departure at the other end was frankly very impressive.  The onboard service was particularly impressive and exceeded even the highest of our expectations.  Even the pilots were willing to carry luggage and help out.
