Experience mitigée. Décollage retard 1:15 du Bourget. Mais bon suivit de Christelle et du handling Astonsky. Premiere fois que j ai un retard aussi long avec lunajets qui ma offert une compensation. Je rebookerai avec eux

While the real world has always challenges (like in our case the operator became unavailable twice) how Dalia has handled the situations and had promptly good solutions and alternatives available made all the difference to me, that bent besides being reachable at all times and timely follow ups.
