Die beste Erfahrung jemals ! Besonders hervorzuheben ist Frau Raphaela Kalla. Sie war jederzeit da und hat sich perfekt um uns gekümmert so ein Arrangement findet man heutzutage sehr selten !

Es war sowohl ein schöner Hin- als auch Rückflug.

Sehr nette und professionelle Betreuung durch Herrn Thomas Hauser. Was jedoch fehlte ist die Verpflegung auf der Hin- und Rückreise (wir haben die Kinder direkt von der Schule abgeholt und die hatten daher hunger) - Sandwiches, o.ä. fehlte - Sonst alles perfekt. - Wir werden wieder mit Ihnen fliegen! - Besten Dank!

Sehr geehrter Herr Segard, Wir sind wieder gut in der Heimat gelandet, hatten 1 Stunde Verspätung aufgrund des Verkehr im Luftraum um Nizza. Hatten eine sehr nette und freundliche Crew. Das Pfeifen der Mustang Motoren ist allerdings etwas lästig, da war die Phenom ruhiger. In Herrn Gutmann haben Sie einen sehr kompetenten und angenehmen Mitarbeiter. Mit besten Grüßen

Dass man bei einer Sofortüberweisung trotzdem noch eine Kreditkarte hinterlegen muss, halte ich für überflüssig!

War wie immer ein excellenter Ablauf. Leider konnten wir erst eine Stunde später in Paris abfliegen. Man hat sich in dieser Zeit aber sehr um uns gekümmert. Wir werden sicher wieder mit Luna Jets fliegen.

Thank you Caroline. We are in Maldives... after a challenge with immigration... we had to rewrite the rules... We are now on a 9:00 p.m. flight to Colombo and connecting flight back to Melbourne and should be with our families by dinner tomorrow night.
