Your objective is to build a portfolio of clients, along with finding, negotiating and recommending the best flight options on the market for our customers while being part of a new department carrying on the growth.
Your Responsibilities include building strong relationships with clients and operators alike. It is essential to be able to prospect and develop the company portfolio throughout proactive cold calling sessions whilst maintaining the utmost standard of bespoke service before, during and after the flight. You will also have an importable operational side on a day to day basic monitoring carefully all your flights (including outside of office hours) and going at the airport supervising the check-in of your flight and meeting your clients.

You have an undergraduate degree (Bachelor, Diploma, etc.), preferably in business, aviation or hospitality, real estate
No aviation experience is required
Fluent Italian and English are a must. Another language is highly appreciated
Keen on delivering the highest possible customer service (hospitality experience is valued)
