We flew a turboprop from London to Guernsey. It was organized by Derrick on very short notice (1 day) by his working overtime late into the night. We had many questions about turbo props having never flown a prop before, but he patiently and knowledgeably answered all our questions. The trip itself was extremely well organized and as smooth as we could have expected Definitely recommend!!

The flight was seamless from start to finish. The crew were excellent and made the journey memorable and could not have been more attentive and professional. Departure from Helsinki was easy and everyone very attentive and courteous. Arrival in Edinburgh was very smooth and all clearances, including our dog, was all done at the aircraft steps. I would really like to extend my thanks to Tomas Nicolau. I arrange to take this flight as I was extremely unwell (with a pre-existing medical condition) on the day that I was due to travel back to the UK from Nice and couldn't take the seat on the BA flight that I had booked. I was pretty desperate just to get home. Tomas arrange for the flight with ease, kept me informed throughout the booking process and as a result, I got home the following day.

EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE! Out of desperation explored the option of private air charter after failing to find a suitable commercial flight. Never before considered this being a fiscally viable way for me and my wife to fly. Don't get me wrong, it is costly. But not more than flying business or first class on a commercial airline. But with much more flexibility and virtually none of the stress endured in a major airport. Definitely at the top of the list of ways to travel from now on.
