Our experience with Lunajets was professional and enjoyable from beginning to end, especially as it was our first experience. Francescas was amazing helping us with the booking and selecting the appropriate aircraft and making all the arrangements and keeping us informed throughout the experience on if we were still on schedule and when the plane had arrived. Our pilots Justin and Frasier were extremely polite and professional and kind to our family and two children. They made the flight enjoyable, the flight was smooth and made our family feel calm and at ease. We enjoyed the experience from beginning to end and would highly recommend LunaJets and their team was wonderful.

I've never flown with this operator before – happy to provide some feedback: -Very pleasant crew indeed and helpful. Met me at the security gate and we went straight to the aircraft due to weather and slots, as time was running out. Proactive 10/10. - The interior is tired, but all OK. Catering was fine. Cleanliness 9/10. - Crew: Perfect English, spot on and helpful. 10/10. The old Mitsubishi Diamond has become a good aircraft. Would I use them again? Yes. Would I recommend them? Yes. Many thanks again for sorting this out on short notice.

Biggin Hill was excellent, super easy, calm and helpful. My pilots were excellent, smooth flight, took off exactly on time and landed early. Over all, very good service from yourself, the crew , and also by staff at Gstaad and La Mole airports . The PC 12 is the ideal plane for this type of transfer . Not so good an experience in strong winds however, but that is the price to be paid with a lighter aircraft I guess ! Would certainly use LunaJets service again at a future date
