Excellent service from the minute I first asked for a quote. My wife was being taken home from Ibiza via air ambulance, I wanted a jet to depart at the same time to take the rest of our family home so we could meet her off the plane. Due to many last minute delays in the departure of the air ambulance, Naser very quickly managed to change the time of our departure 4 times. He was very quick at replying to any questions I had and made the whole process very hassle free at a stressful time. Thank you again for all your help with organising this for us.

Dear Marina, This is to record my deepest appreciation for extraordinary ground service Rendered by Julia. I am aware actual handling is done by folks at Universal, but very often that experience has been terrible. If it was not for alertness, prompt and caring attitude of Julia I wonder Whether Universal would have been the same. Our ground handling was complicated, too many bags and me having chosen 2 different operators. Despite this and me being a perfectionist wanted everything proper and well executed. I must say, it all went like clockwork and my special and sincere appreciation to Julia and you ...
