While the real world has always challenges (like in our case the operator became unavailable twice) how Dalia has handled the situations and had promptly good solutions and alternatives available made all the difference to me, that bent besides being reachable at all times and timely follow ups. Thank you Caroline. We are in Maldives... after a challenge with immigration... we had to rewrite the rules... We are now on a 9:00 p.m. flight to Colombo and connecting flight back to Melbourne and should be with our families by dinner tomorrow night.
