Located at an altitude of 1,050m, in the heart of the Swiss Alps, Gstaad is a great choice for your ski holiday whether you are travelling with friends or family. Fly private at the best price to Gstaad this ski season with LunaJets.
Gstaad is in the German-speaking part of South-western Switzerland and has always been the resort of choice for much of European high-society, as well as international celebrities. Its popularity stems from a combination of factors. Firstly, the village itself is picturesque and features many exquisite restaurants and high-end fashion boutiques. Secondly, Gstaad is one of the largest ski areas in the Alps, with over 220km of slopes, catering for all levels of skier, whether you prefer downhill or cross-country. Finally, the views from the slopes are breath taking and dramatic, providing a stunning backdrop for lunch on the terrace of one of the resort’s many mountain restaurants that serve traditional Alpine cuisine.

Bern Airport is ideally located for fast and easy access to Gstaad and is equipped with numerous private aviation lounges. LunaJets would be more than happy to organise your transfer, either by car, which takes an hour, or we can arrange a helicopter to have you in Gstaad in just 30 minutes. Saanen-Gstaad Airport is just 5 minutes from the resort but, unfortunately, commercially chartered private aircraft are restricted from using it especially during the winter season. To book your flights to Gstaad this winter or if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your LunaJets adviser.
Saanen-Gstaad Airport (LSGK) is a small regional airport and although it is only a 5-minute drive from the ski resort itself, it is not very convenient for private jets. Only privately owned aircraft can make use of its runway during winter months and in summer twin-engine turbo-propeller aircraft are the only commercially chartered planes that can fly directly there. The best alternative would be to fly to Saanen by helicopter, since they are not restricted in any time throughout the year.
